Our Terms of Service

By engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Services Offered:

Titan Contractors provides professional web design, marketing and digital development services. The scope of work will be detailed in the project proposal or agreement between Titan Contractors and the client.

2. Payment Terms:

Clients are required to make payment upfront before the commencement of work. This payment is refundable only in the event that the project cannot be completed due to external factors outside of our control.

3. Payment Methods:

Titan Contractors accepts payments via Credit or Debit Card, processed securely through our payment gateway Stripe. Clients may also opt to make payments via Wire Transfer, and details to do so will be provided directly upon request.

4. Delivery Timeline:
The work will be delivered within the agreed upon timeframe, commencing after the Client has provided all the necessary information and files, and any preliminary questions or clarifications needed by our team have been resolved. The delivery timeline does not account for any delays caused by issues beyond our control, such as technical problems, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Content Submission:

The Client must complete the submission of all required information and files which can be sent to us directly at [email protected]
This includes, but is not limited to, text content, images, branding guidelines, and any other materials necessary for the website build.

6. Client Responsibility:
It is the Client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information and files in a timely manner. Delays in the submission of necessary materials or resolution of preliminary questions may result in a delay in the commencement of delivery and the timeline as a whole.

7. Ownership and Rights:

Upon receipt of final payment, the client will own the rights to the design, excluding any third-party assets or software used. Titan Contractors reserve the right to display the website created for portfolio, demonstration and/or promotional purposes.

8. Missed Payments & Cancellations:

Failure to pay the fee will result in the suspension of your website until the payment is received.

You may cancel your hosting service at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline immediately and will no longer be accessible on the internet.

To cancel your service, please contact our team. We recommend notifying us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

9. Confidentiality:

Both Titan Contractors and the client agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including but not limited to design concepts, development, and any proprietary information.

10. Limitation of Liability:

Titan Contractors is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms:

Titan Contractors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients can refer to this page at any time to find the most up-to-date terms.
